Hello, and Welcome! I'm Adam Jacob, and this is my home on the web.
Here you will (eventually) find professional information, personal
interests, and other things I feel like putting out there for all to

Why "SoundGoat"?
Well, when I was in Undergrad at Purdue
I lived in an apartment with a number of other theatre students. We all
shared a similarly relaxed attitude about life, an interest in theatre,
and wore goatee style beards. Among the group we had a lighting
student, props/lights/special effects student and me, the sound guy. We
ended up as the Light Goat, Daddy Goat and the Sound Goat. It all
started out as a bit of a joke, but as nicknames often do, they seem to
have stuck. Hey, you asked!
